摘要
本研究采用中文版共情疲劳简短量表、中文版人际反应指数量表、领悟社会支持量表与自我复原力量表对265名医护人员进行调查,分析了医护人员的共情疲劳水平,以及共情、自我复原力、领悟社会支持对医护人员共情疲劳发生机制的影响。结果表明:(1)医护人员共情疲劳与共情正相关,共情疲劳与领悟社会支持和自我复原力均存在负相关;医护人员共情水平对共情疲劳具有预测作用。(2)医护人员共情疲劳的发生机制符合有中介的调节效应模型,即领悟社会支持对共情与共情疲劳之间的关系具有调节效应,这种调节效应以自我复原力为中介。结论:共情水平越高而社会支持越低的医护人员,更有可能发生共情疲劳;但这种调节效应受到了自我复原力的中介作用的影响;提高自我复原力是克服共情疲劳的主要因素,增加社会支持对医护人员共情疲劳也具有预防作用。
This study was to examine the mechanism model of compassion fatigue (CF) among medical staffs. Participants were 265 medical staffs, and they completed the Chinese version of Compassion Fatigue Short Scale (C-CF-Short Scale), the Chinese version of Interpersonal Reactivity Index (C-IRI), Ego-Re- siliency Scale (ERS) and Perceived Social Support Scale (PSSS). The results indicated that: (1) CF was positively associated with empathy, and it was significant negatively correlated with both ego-resilience and perceived social support; empathy was also enable to predict CF. (2) The mechanism of CF among medi- cal staffs was conformed to the mediated moderation model, perceived social support had a moderator ef- fect on and ego-resilience had a mediator effect on the relation between empathy and CF. Now it come to the conclusions that medical staffs who had high levels of empathy and low levels of social support were more vulnerable to CF, but the moderating effect was mediated by ego-resilience; High ego-resilience and social support could protect medical staffs from CF problems.
