摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)及丙二醛(MDA)浓度的影响。方法:采用数字表法,让75例ACS患者被随机分为丹红注射液治疗组(40例)和常规治疗组(35例),另选40例正常健康者作为正常对照组。观察各组病人血浆NO、MPO及MDA浓度的变化。结果:ACS患者的MPO及MDA水平较正常对照组显著升高,NO水平显著降低(P均<0.05)。治疗2周后,与常规治疗组比较,丹红注射液组MPO[(45.82±2.92)U/L比(35.86±3.30)U/L]、MDA[(4.048±1.058)pg/ml比(2.958±0.410)pg/ml]水平显著降低,NO[(19.49±2.81)μmol/L比(32.55±4.66)μmol/L]水平显著升高(P均<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对于急性冠脉综合征患者能够有效地降低血浆髓过氧化物酶及丙二醛,升高血浆一氧化氮的浓度,从而改善机体氧化应激状态和预后。
Objective:To observe the influence of Danhong injection on plasma nitric oxide (NO),myeloperoxidase (MPO) and malondial dehyde (MDA) levels in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods:A total of 75 ACS patients were randomly divided into Danhong injection group (n =40) and routine treatment group (n =35) according to number table.Another 40 healthy subjects were enrolled as normal control group.Changes of plasma NO,MPO and MDA levels were examined in both groups.Results::Compared with normal control group before treatment,there were significant increase in MPO and MDA levels and significant decrease in NO level in ACS group (P〈0.05 all).Compared with routine treatment group after treatment two weeks,there were significant decrease in MPO [(45.82 ± 2.92) U/L vs.(35.86 ± 3.30) U/L] and MDA [(4.048 ± 1.058) pg/ml vs.(2.958 ± 0.410) pg/ml] levels,and significant increase in NO level [(19.49 ± 2.81) μmol/L vs.(32.55 ± 4.66) μmol/L] in Danhong injection group (P〈0.05 all).Conclusion:Danhong injection can effectively decrease plasma myeloperoxidase and malondialdehyde levels and increase plasma nitric oxide level in patients with acute coronary syndrome,then improve oxidative stress state of body and their prognosis.
