摘要
通过文献回顾对国外现有的7种主要医患沟通模式以及沟通阶段、主要内容和技巧进行了总结概述。比较不同模式在结构、内容、适用范围等方面的异同,并对现有模式的局限性进行了分析。研究显示,不同医患沟通模式在结构和内容上均存在联系,但是在应用目的、评价标准等方面存在一定差异。现有模式在中国的应用受到医疗服务情景复杂性及环境差异等因素的影响。在借鉴现有模式基础上研究开发适用中国医疗服务情景的医患沟通模式是未来研究的重要方向。
With a review of seven major doctor - patient communication models, this paper summarizes the communication stages, contents and the skills of each model, and discusses their similarities and differences in structure, content, usage context and other aspects. It also analy- zes the limitations of those models. The research suggests that different doctor - patient communication models share relevance in structure and content, but demonstrate difference in usage purpose or evaluation criterion. The application of existing models in China is affected by the com- plexity and difference of Chinese medical service context. Future research should focus on developing a new model adapted to Chinese medical service context based on the existing models.
