摘要 新型磁流体陀螺兼具带宽大、体积小、重量轻、寿命长、抗冲击等优良特性,是用于卫星微角振动测量的理想传感器,同时在寻北及小型无人机导航等领域也具有广阔的应用前景。提出了一种磁流体陀螺的设计思路,通过对磁流体陀螺工作原理的分析,设计了一种机械结构,该结构既形成了闭合磁路又构成了上下壁绝缘、内外壁导电的密闭磁流体通道,满足传感原理需求;采用低噪放大器组成信号处理电路并对噪声进行分析,该电路可以将本底噪声对传感器输出信号的影响降低至可接受范围内;对基于该思路设计的样机进行了初步试验,试验结果表明该磁流体陀螺能够敏感角振动,非线性误差小于0.6%,重复性误差小于0.5%,稳定性误差小于0.8%,具有很好的发展前景。 New magneto fluid gyroscope has many good qualities involving large bandwidth, compact size, light weight, long life, shock resistance. It is an ideal sensor widely used in measurement of satellite micro angle vibration. In the field of north-seeking and small UAV, it also has wide application prospects. A design idea of mag- netofluid gyroscope is proposed. By analyzing its working principal, a mechanical structure which meets the demands of the sensing theory is designed. The structure forms a closed magnetic circuit and constitutes a magnetofluidchannel whose top and bottomareinsulative and interior and exterior are conductive. A signal processing circuit whose noise has been analyzed contains low noise amplifiers. The circuit can restrict the output signal influence exerted by background noise in adoptable range. A prototype designed by thisidea is tested. The result shows that this magnetofluid gyroscope can sense angle vibration with nonlinear error within 0.6% , repeatability error within 0.5% ,and stability error within 0.8% ,which has great prospect.
