摘要
抗日战争时期,周恩来在国统区代表中国共产党与美英等国驻华代表和记者开始接触与交往。他亲自建立并领导了中共最早的外事机构,积极开展对外宣传工作和联络工作,广交各国各界朋友,向他们介绍共产党的政策方针和敌后抗日军民的英勇事迹,揭露国民党顽固派的反共阴谋,努力争取各国对中国抗战的支持。抗战时期是周恩来外交生涯的肇始时期,其外交活动取得了明显成效,扩大了中国共产党及其领导下的抗日政权的政治影响,争取到了国际反法西斯力量的同情和援助,对中国抗战和世界反法西斯战争起到了积极作用。
During the Anti - Japanese War and in the Kuomintang - controlled areas, Zhou Enlai began to get in touch with the US, UK and other countries＇resident representatives and reporters on behalf of the Communist Party of China （CPC）. He established and led in person the first foreign affairs agency of the CPC, actively carrying out publicity work and liaison work. He made friends with people from different walks of life and different countries, introducing to them CPC~ guidelines and policies, and the heroic deeds of soldiers and civilians against the Japanese in the areas behind the enemy lines. He exposed the anti - communist conspiracy of Kuomintang, endeavoring to win other countries＇support for China~ anti - Japa- nese war. This period was the onset of Zhou Enlai~ diplomatic career, and his diplomatic activities achieved remarkable re- sults. He expanded the political influence of the CPC and its anti - Japanese regime, helped to win the sympathy and the assistance of the international anti - fascist forces, and played a positive role in Anti - Fascist War in China and around the world.
