摘要
研制了一套湿法双螺杆饲料挤压膨化设备的自动控制系统,应用西门子S7—200PLC采集数据和发送控制信号,EVIEW触摸屏MT4500TE实现上位机监控界面的显示,系统能实现双螺杆饲料膨化机的主要参数的自动调节,在触摸屏上实时模拟膨化机的工作状态。实验结果表明,系统满足设备控制要求,为双螺杆饲料挤压膨化机的自动控制系统研制提供了参考依据。
This paper introduced application of intelligent control system in twin-screw feed extruder. In the control system, $7-200 PLC was used to accomplish data acquisition, signal transmitting and display a monitor interface of control system by touch screen MT4500TE. The design of hardware and software of the control system were discussed also. The result shows that the control system finished demands of performance. The twin-screw feed extruder realized auto-control with it.
