摘要
目的探讨导管滑脱风险评分表在泌尿外科高危患者管道护理风险控制及提高患方满意度的效果情况。方法60例患者随机分配纳入对照组和干预组,各30例。对照组按常规护理方法,出现护理风险时给予对症处理。干预组采用导管评分表,并采取系统护理措施。比较两组患者留置导管过程中的护理风险发生率和患方满意度。结果干预组的护理风险发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度明显高于对照组。结论对留置导管患者进行系统风险管理,有效减少意外拔管及相关并发症的发生,提高护理质量和患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of catheter-slippage risk-assessment charts on tube-risk nursing care and patients satisfaction, with high risk patients in urology. Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into a test group and a control group with 30 patients in each group. Routine care was introduced when nursing-risk appeared in the control group, i. e. symptomatic treatment. The risk-assessment chart was utilized in the test group, i. e. adopted system-care intervention. The degrees of nursing-risk and of patients＇ satisfaction during catheter treatment of the two groups were then compared. Result The nursing risk in the test group was significant less than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The degree of patients＇ satisfaction was higher in the test group than in the control group. Conclusion The systematic risk management of catheter treatment patients can effectively reduce accidental extubation and related complications, and raises nursing quality and patients＇ satisfaction.
