填料是填料塔的核心构件 ,填料的传质效率直接关系到填料塔的操作性能。提高填料的传质效率 ,可以考虑加大填料的比表面积 ,提高表面利用率 ,提高扩散系数或减小滞流膜层厚度等。通过改变填料的结构可以提高填料的传质效率。在开发新型填料时 。
Packing is the key component of packed tower,and its efficiency of the mass transfer directly concerns the serviceability of packed tower.To increase the efficiency of the mass transfer of packing,we can consider increasing the specific surface area of packing,raising the utilization ratio of surface,and the diffusing coefficient,or decreasing the thickness of the stagnate membrane.We can increase the efficiency of the mass transfer of packing by changing the structure of packing.At the time of development of new packing,we must synthetically consider all the serviceability of packed tower.
