摘要
目的 :探讨降糖通脉片与苯那普利对人肾小球内皮细胞外基质 (ECM )不同成分的抑制作用强度。方法 :采用体外培养的人肾小球内皮细胞技术和血清药理学方法 ,观察具有清热化瘀、滋阴补气功效的中药降糖通脉片及苯那普利对内皮细胞ECM不同成分的影响。结果 :降糖通脉片具有抑制内皮细胞ECM成分中纤维连接蛋白(FN)、层粘连蛋白 (LN)和Ⅳ型胶原 (ColⅣ )的作用 ,该抑制作用具有一定的量效关系。苯那普利对ECM中FN、ColⅣ也有一定的抑制作用 ,但不及降糖通脉片作用明显。结论
Objective:To explore the intensity of inhibition function of Jiangtangtongmai Tablet(JTTM) and Benazepril on the composition of human glomerular endothelial cell extracellular matrix(ECM).Methods:The effect of JTTM(a herbal prescription of traditional Chinese medicines,having the function of clearing heat and removing stasis and nourishing Yin and invigorating Qi)and Benazepril on the composition of ECM was observed by using endothelial cells cultured in virto and means of serum pharmacology.Results:JTTM could inhibit the fibronetin(FN),laminin(LN)and typeⅣ collagen(ColⅣ) of the ECM,and the inhibition was dose-dependent.Benazepril also could inhibit the FN,LN,ColⅣ of ECM,but its intensity of inhibition was weaker than JTTM.Conclusion:This resul show the JTTM was superior to Benazepril on the inhibition the composition of ECM.
