摘要
针对靖安油田试验区块非均质性强、微裂缝发育、水驱效率低,地层水矿化度在5×10^4mg/L左右,提出“可动凝胶+表面活性剂”二元复合驱配方,从4个方面对表面活性剂性能进行评价,成功实现可动凝胶与表面活性剂段塞组合在现场应用。试验表明,可动凝胶体系为:2000~3500mg/L两性离子聚合物+2000--3500mg/L交联剂A+2000~3500mg/L促进剂B,可以进入地层的深部,起到充分调剖的目的。表面活性剂质量浓度在2000~5000mg/L范围内界‘面张力均能达到10~mN/m,在油藏温度54.7℃,矿化度5×10^44mg/L条件下,具有很好的抗温、抗盐和抗吸附性能。通过在五里湾一区现场试验柳x井组,达到了增油降水目的。研究证明“可动凝胶+表面活性剂”调驱可较大提高原油采收率,在低渗透油藏中的注水开发部分具有很好的应用前景。
In consideration of the characteristics of strong heterogeneity,micro-fracture development,low waterflooding efficiency,formation salinity about 5×104 mg/L,a formula of'movable gel+surfactant'was put forward for two element composite displacement.The performance of surfactant was evaluated from 4aspects.The slug combination of movable gel and surfactant was applied for field test.Experiments show that the movable gel system includes 2000~3500mg/L amphoteric ion polymer+2000~3500mg/L cross-linking agent A+2000~3500mg/L promoter B,it can enter into the formation deeply for profile control.When its concentration range is 2000~3500mg/L,its interfacial tension is 10-3 mN/m.When reservoir temperature is at 54.7℃and salinity is 5×104 mg/L,the surfactant has good heat resistance,salt resistance and adsorption properties.A test is performed in Well Group Liu X in Region l of Wuliwan Area,oil production is raised,water cut is reduced.Research shows that the'movable gel+surfactant'displacement technique can greatly enhance oil recovery.It has good application prospects for waterflooding in low permeability reservoirs.
