摘要
在职业教育日益重要的今天,高职院校如何培养符合社会需求,具有"一专多能,一人多岗"的复合型人才是提升办学水平的重点。原有的传统专业在向复合型方向发展,而"复合型"师资队伍是培养高素质的"复合型"人才的根本保证。基于此,建设一支素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合、特色鲜明、相对稳定的"复合型"教师队伍是高职院校的当务之急。
