摘要
由可调谐CO/CO2 激光器、纵向共振光声池、植物样品气体采集系统、计算机控制和数据处理系统组成的高灵敏度光声光谱仪 ,可对多种与植物气体交换有关的微量气体进行连续自动测量 ,其中对C2 H4 气体的检测灵敏度达到 2× 10 - 11。利用该系统对O3 熏蒸后油桃果实的C2 H4产量的变化进行了监测 ,测量结果显示了该光谱仪用于生物样品检测的优越特性。
A sensitive intracavity photoacoustic spectrometer,which consists of a CO/CO 2 laser, a longitudinal resonant photoacoustic cell, a plant gas sampling system and a computer control and data processing system, is able to measure many kinds of gases relevant to plant trace gas exchange. The sensitivity limit of the system for ethylene measurement is 2×10 -11.The system is applied to the study of stress reaction of nectarine fruit exposed to O 3 by monitoring the variation of the ethylene production. The measurement is helpful for the study of fruit postharvest biology and preservation technique.
