摘要
针对现有漆包线漆膜连续性检测系统存在的自动化程度不够,对操作员素质要求高等问题,提出了一种基于ARM作为控制器的智能漆包线漆膜连续性检测系统,实现了漆包线针孔数检测、数据记录及统计、设备远程控制等功能,并可通过CAN总线与其他检测设备或上位机软件系统进行数据通信。该系统可应用于检测直径介于0.05mm^1.60mm漆包圆线的漆膜连续性。测试结果表明,系统操作简单,功能完善,满足漆包线漆膜连续性检测的要求。
In order to test covering of Enamelled Wires real-time,automatic test system based on ARM is developed.Including pinhole counting and processing,database system,equipment remote control system and control function through the CAN BUS between computer and ARM processor are realized for performance parameters test on the platform of PC software. The system can be applied to the detection of enameled wires between Φ0.05mm to Φ1.6mm.The operation of the system is simple and it is fit for the covering test for enamelled wires.
