摘要
目的 探讨经脐单部位腹腔镜治疗小儿阑尾炎的临床价值.方法 自2009年1月至2013年2月我们对38例阑尾炎患儿采取经脐部单部位切口（脐部正中置入10 mm Trocar,脐左及脐右分别置入5 mm Trocar）完成手术操作.结果 38例患儿手术均获成功,无中转开腹及改变手术方式病例,平均手术时间为41.2（30~50）min,住院时间（4~7）d,平均5.3 d,术后随访1~3个月,无切口感染、腹腔残余感染、肠梗阻等并发症发生.结论 经脐单部位腹腔镜小儿阑尾切除术安全有效,技术可行,值得推广.
Objetive To evaluate the value of trans-umbilical single site laparoscopic children appen- dectomy. Methods The clinical data of 38 cases of children acute appendicitis, who received laparoscopic ap- pendectomy in our hospital from January 2009 to February 2013, During the operation, we made a 10 mm trocar in the center of umbilical region,and another two 5mm trocar in left and right the region. Results All the ca- ses were completed successfully, no open-surgery or other approaches. The mean operation time was 41.2 minutes （ 30 - 50 min）, the mean hospital days were 5.3 days （4 - 7 days）. Postoperative follow-up ： no incision infection,abdominal residual infection,or intestinal obstruction were occurred. Conclusions The sin- gle-site umbilical laparoscopic children appendectomy has the advantages of safe, beautiful and technically fea- sible, which is worthy to be popularized.
