摘要
当前,在我国通行的大量国际法著作中关于领海和领海宽度的定义都不够准确。文章从领海制度和领海宽度的产生发展,领海和领海宽度的确定以及第三次《联合国海洋法公约》的相关规定入手,为领海和领海宽度做一个更为准确的定义。
At present, the definitions of territorial sea and breadth of territorial sea in many applicable international laws are not accurate enough. Based on analyzing the development of territorial sea system and the breadth of territorial sea, the determination of territorial sea and breadth of territorial sea, and relevant regulations of the 3rd edition of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, this article makes more accurate definitions of territorial sea and breadth of territorial sea.
