摘要
目的:探讨医护人员对125I粒子植入和治疗时的辐射防护措施。方法:根据125I辐射危害和辐射防护的要求设计调查表,对病区医护人员进行问卷调查。结果:医护人员自身防护意识欠佳,防范措施不到位,出现头痛、乏力、记忆力减退、白细胞下降等不同症状。结论:掌握规范科学的防辐射知识,正确使用防护用具,按照规范化的流程和制度执行,确保医护人员的身心健康和职业安全。
Objective ： To investigate the iodine 125 seed implantation and in the ward of iodine 125 seed implantation for treatment of patients with radiation protection measures. Methods ： According to the iodine 125 radiation and radiation protection requirements for the design of questionnaire, the ward staff and patients＇families conducted a questionnaire survey. Results：Nurses self- protection awareness of medical staff was poor, prevention measures were not in place, headache, fatigue, memory loss, decrease of white blood cells with different symptoms. Conclusion ： Master the scientific knowledge of radiation, the proper use of protective equipment, in accordance with the standardization of the process and the system implementation, to ensure that the medical staff s physical and mental health and occupation safety.
