摘要
目的：对妇产科护理中的感染问题进行分析,提高患者对该疾病的认识,并更好地配合治疗.方法：对我院2010年～2012年收治的264例妇产科患者进行回顾性分析,所有患者按照《医院感染诊断标准》进行诊断,并对诊断结果进行分析.结果：妇科手术144例患者中感染30例,感染的主要原因包括呼吸道、泌尿系统、胃肠道.产科手术120例患者中感染20例,感染的主要原因包括切口出现感染、呼吸道感染.另外,感染情况会随着患者年龄增大而出现升高趋势.结论：医护人员必须要多与患者进行沟通,及时掌握患者的状态和需求,并对患者的实际情况进行护理,尽量避免感染现象的发生.
Objective ： To the infection of gynecology and obstetrics nursing in the analysis of patients, improve the understanding of the disease, and to bet- ter cooperate with the treatment. Methods：264 cases in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, All patients were diagnosed according to ＂hospital infection diagnosis standard＂, and analyzed the diagnostic results. Resuhs： 30 cases of infection in 144 patients with gynecological operation, including the main reasons： the respiratory tract infection, urinary system, gastrointestinal tract. 20 cases of infection in 120 patients with obstetric opera- tion, including the main cause of infection： cut wound infection, respiratory tract infection. In addition, infection increasing trend with the patient＇s age. Conclusion：The nursing scientific and effective for patients in department of obstetrics and gynecology, can effectively avoid the infection problem, is condu- cive to the rehabilitation of patients.
