摘要
以"中国梦"为背景,视教书育人为人生坐标,追求自我价值的实现,是高校青年女教师努力为高等教育事业的发展做贡献的价值理想主题。通过对厦门高校的实证研究,探析制约青年女教师自我价值实现的因素及其成因,把"中国梦"融入悦纳自我、挑战自我、完善自我和成就自我的四个进阶,是高校青年女教师实现自我价值的最佳途径。
With "China Dream" in the background, in order to make their contribution to the development of education, the young female teachers in colleges and universities have devoted themselves to impart knowledge, educate people and pursue the realization of their self-value. Through the research of universities in Xiamen and analysis of the factors that prevent the young female teachers realizing their self-value, we have found that the best approach to realize their self-value is to combine "China Dream" with four stages: self-acceptance, self-challenge, self-improvement and self-fulfillment.
