摘要
目的探讨驻高原高寒地区部队官兵气道高反应性咳嗽中医证候、证型及变化规律。方法观察分析320例高原、高寒地区驻训部队官兵气道高反应性咳嗽症状特点,自拟《中医证候调查表》,对符合纳入标准的病例进行临床症状问卷调查,完成调查,采集数据。结果高原高寒地区部队官兵气道高反应性咳嗽,常见症状有干咳、咳声短促(80.9%),咳声频剧(79.1%),咳嗽咽痒(61.2%)等。中医证型多见肺阴亏虚证(29.1%)、风寒袭肺证(21.6%)、肺气虚寒证(16.6%)等。结论明确高原高寒地区部队官兵BHR咳嗽证型对预防、治疗本病有重要意义。
Objective： To explore the influence factors of TCM syndrome characteristics distribution of bronchial hyperreactivity cough at plateau cold area officers and soldiers. Methods： 320 cases were observed the bronchial hyperresponsiveness cough of TCM syndrome characteristics distribution in plateau cold area officers and soldiers, And then, the TCM syndrome characteristics distributions were collected and the questionnaire were made to conform to the TCM symptoms of questionnaire investigation. Results： In the bronchial hyperresponsiveness cough of plateau cold area officers and soldiers,the characteristics of TCM symptoms involved the dry cough and cough sound short （80.9%）,the cough sound （ 79.1% ） , the cough sore throat itching （61.2%）. The TCM syndrome included the Fenghanxifei syndrome,the Feiqixuhan syndrome. Conclusion： It is important for prevention and treatment on bronchial hyperresponsiveness cough that the its TCM syndorems were definite in plateau cold area officers and soldiers .
