三七渣混菌发酵生产蛋白质饲料的工艺条件研究 被引量:9

摘要 为研究装料量、温度、接种量、接种比、发酵时间、接种方式对白腐菌与产朊假丝酵母混菌固态发酵三七渣生产蛋白质饲料的影响,本研究在单因素试验基础上,采用正交试验优化了发酵工艺条件。研究结果表明,三七渣固态发酵过程受发酵工艺条件的影响较大。接种比、接种量、接种方式三个因素的交互作用显著(P<0.05),这三个因素以及它们之间的交互作用对试验结果影响的大小顺序为:接种量>交互作用>接种比>接种方式。优化的发酵工艺条件为:白腐菌与产朊假丝酵母接种比1∶2,接种量10%,白腐菌发酵2 d后再接入产朊假丝酵母,发酵时间6 d,发酵温度30℃,装料量10 g,在此条件下,发酵培养物的真蛋白质含量可达22.81%。 The impact of substrate loading,temperature,inoculation size,inoculation proportion, fermenting period and inoculation method on feedstuff production from notoginseng residues by White rot fungi and Candida utilis in solid state mixed fermentation was studied,and the fermentation technological condition was optimized by the orthogonal test based on the single factor test.The research results showed that the fermentation process was influenced significantly by the fermenta- tion technological condition.The results of orthogonal test showed that the effect of interaction of inoculation size,inoculation proportion and inoculation method was significant (P 〈 0.05).The influence degree order of these three factors and their in- teraction was inoculation size 〉 interaction 〉 inoculation proportion 〉 inoculation method.The optimized fermentation tech- nological condition was as follows:the inoculation proportion of White rot fungi and Candida utilis l:2,inoculation size 10%, inoculation of Candida utilis 2 days after fermentation of White rot fungi,fermentation period 6 days,culture temperature 30℃, material loading 10 g.The content of true protein in the fermenting medium could reach 22.81% under this condition.
