摘要
对我国94所高校图书馆网页的外观、性能、结构与内容进行调查,从用户体验的角度出发设立8个指标对这些图书馆进行评估,分析目前我国高校图书馆的建设现状,指出其中存在的最大问题是网站设计不够人性化,并从简单易用、可操作性两方面提出相应的解决办法。
The paper investigated on page appearance, performance, the structure and contents of the websites of the 94 university libraries in China, assessed these libraries with the establishment of 8 indicators based on customer's experience, analyzed the construction of the current status of university libraries, indicated that dehumanization is the biggest problem in the site design and gave corresponding countermeasures from simplicity and operability.
