摘要
液压轮胎定型硫化机是轮胎生产制造的关键设备。针对液压轮胎定型硫化机重载、高精度以及高可靠性的要求,对轮胎定型硫化机液压系统进行研究,在此基础上设计轮胎定型硫化机液压系统回路。液压站采用平均流量法进行节能设计。在数学模型基础上,对液压系统的准确性、快速性和启动性能进行仿真分析。现场使用结果验证了设计和仿真的正确性和有效性。
The hydraulic tire curing press is the key equipment for tire manufacturing. According to the requirements of high speed,high precision and reliability for the hydraulic tire curing press,the functions of hydraulic system were analyzed and the circuits of hydraulic system were designed. In the hydraulic station,the average flow method was adopted to save the energy. Simulations on the accuracy,celerity and startup performance of the hydraulic system were made based on the mathematical model. The field results show the design and simulation are correct and valid.
