摘要
介绍了HTEE-E型红外辐射涂料工作原理及其在丙烷脱沥青装置导热油炉上的使用情况。喷涂HTEE-E型红外辐射涂料后,导热油炉炉膛温度降低24℃,烟气温度降低17℃,辐射室外表面温度降低30℃。燃料气单耗降低1.6 kg/t,较之使用前节能5%,经济效益达到12.4万元/a。表明HTEE-E型红外辐射涂料应用在导热油炉上能够提高热量利用率,达到节能的效果。
This article has described the work principle of HTEE-E type infrared radiant coating and its application on the heating oil boiler for propane deasphalting unit. When apply- ing the HTEE- E type infrared radiant coating, the temperature of the boiler reduced by 24 ℃, flue gas temperature reduced by 17 ℃, outdoor surface temperature reduced by 30 ℃. Fuel gas consumption reduced by 1.6 kg/t, with 5% of energy reduction than before, and the economic benefit was 124 thousand RMB per year, indicating that HTEE-E type infrared ra- diant coating could enhance the heat transfer efficiency inside the boilert and improve the ener-gy utilization and fuel saving.
