摘要
利用热重红外联用技术(TG-FTIR)和热裂解气相色谱-质谱联用技术(Py-GC/MS)比较研究了空气和氮气氛围下,清香型和浓香型各部位烟叶的热失重和热裂解行为。结果表明:空气氛围下样品热解更完全,N2氛围下不同热解阶段气体的释放情况差异更明显。浓香型烟叶含有较高的碱性香气成分,较高的异戊酸和苯甲酸含量以及类胡萝卜素降解产物,而清香型烟叶含有较高的非酶棕色化反应产物。中上部烟叶的香气成分均高于下部烟叶。
Thermogravimetry and pyrolysis behavior of tobacco leaves from various stalk positions of light-flavor and strong-flavor were investigated using thermo-gravimetric analysis coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TG-FTIR) and pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS). Results showed that leaf tobacco was pyrolyzed more thoroughly under air atmosphere than under nitrogen atmosphere. Differences in pyrolysis behaviors among stages under nitrogen atmosphere were observed. More alkali aroma components, isovaleric acid, benzoate and carotenoid degradation products were determined in strong-flavor tobacco leaves while more Maillard reaction products were found in light-flavor tobacco leaves. Upper-middle tobacco plant leaves had more aroma components than lower-middle tobacco plant leaves.
