摘要
:1997年 10月~ 1999年 8月共收治 186例恶性肿瘤患者进行化疗。观察统计了化疗期间患者出现的消化系统症状的类型和发生率。对每种消化系统症状进行原因分析 ,提出了相应的预防措施和有效的饮食控制方法 ,并提出临床护理人员要与营养师和患者家属合作 ,给化疗期间和化疗后的癌症患者提供合理、足够的膳食营养。
From October,1997 to August,1999,186 patients with malignant tumor were treated by chemotherapy.The incidence of the digestive system symptom was observed and analyzed.Previentive measures and efficacious dietary schemoe direct to causes of the symptoms were recommended.The cooperation of clinic nursers,nutritionist and the family members aim at providing proper and sufficient nutrition was emphysized.
