摘要
针对新阳煤矿村庄下压煤情况,简要介绍了煤矿高浓度胶结充填技术,详细对煤矿高浓度胶结充填充填站设计进行了探讨,讨论了煤矿充填站的系统组成、充填站建站原则和主要设计步骤,并结合系统设计充填能力对其充填站所用设备进行了选型,提出充填站分别建在东风井和二号井附近两个方案,经分析认为充填站建设在东风井附近料浆输送距离较短、技术难度相对较低、经济效益更好。
According to the condition of coal seam under village in Xinyang coal mine, the technology of high - concentration cemented fillingwas briefly introduced, the design of high - concentration cemented filling station was analyzed, the system composition, building principles and design procedure of the filling station were discussed. Based on the requirement of the filling system in Xinyang coal mine, the equipment selectionwas conducted. Twoschemeswere proposed, and the first was preferredfor shorter transport distance, easier technology and better economic benefits.
