高速铁路接触网雷电防护用并联间隙装置的研制 被引量:9

摘要 我国高速铁路牵引供电接触网雷击故障相比普速铁路明显增多,亟待采取措施加以解决。在接触网绝缘子旁并联安装并联间隙装置,是种有效的防雷措施,可作为避雷器和避雷线措施的有力补充。根据接触网布局结构和运行可靠性要求高的特点,结合工频电弧运动特性仿真研究,设计了并联间隙结构型式,特别设计采用了种新型U型抱箍增强安装稳定性,研究选择了招弧角关键参数和放电间隙距离,确定了热稳定试验、工频电弧试验和振动试验方法和条件,对样品进行了雷电冲击放电伏秒特性试验、热稳定试验、工频电弧试验和振动试验检验,验证了装置技术性能满足使用要求,并研究提出了应用方案。研制成功的并联间隙装置可搭配接触网正馈线、接触线和加强线绝缘子使用,具备挂网运行条件。 It is urgent to take measures to cope with the situation that compared with general speed railway, the lightning stroke fault rate of traction power supply catenary in high speed railway in China increased significantly. To install gaps in parallel with insulators would be a kind of effective lightning protection measures which can be used as a supplemental measures of line metal oxide surge arresters and overhead ground wires. Considering the topology structure and high reliability requirement of catenary, and based on the simulation study on the motion characteristics of power frequency arc, the parallel gap structures were designed, a new U-shaped clamp was specially designed and applied to enhance the stability of the installation, the main parameters of arcing horn and the distance of discharge gap were selected, the methods and conditions of thermal stability test and power frequency arc test and vibration test were put forward, and the technical performances of the samples were proved reliable to meet the use requirements by the results of lightning impulse test and thermal stability test and power frequency arc test and vibration test. The parallel gap products with positive feeder/contact wire/strengthened contact wire insulators were successfully developed and are ready for practical application.
