摘要
利用CFAST模拟焊点建立某A级轿车白车身模型,并进行弯扭刚度和模态分析。通过有限元分析结果与试验结果对比研究,结果表明CFAST单元模拟焊点在白车身弯扭刚度分析中与试验误差在5%以内;在模态分析中,1阶弯曲和扭转模态与试验结果误差也在5%以内。
The body in white FE (finite element) model of an A -class vehicle is established by CFAST simulation. Te bending and twisting stiffness and modal analysis are analyzed. Through the contrast research of the finite analysis result and the experimental result, it is found that the CFAST el ement can be used to represent spot welds with good accuracy in the field of stiffness and modal analy sis.
