摘要
介绍了分子标记的类型,简述了分子标记技术在家蚕的分类、进化及遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建及基因定位、品种鉴别和分子标记辅助选择方面的应用进展,并对分子标记技术在家蚕遗传育种研究领域的应用前景进行了展望。
The paper summarized the utilization of molecular marker technology in categorization, evolution and ge- netic diversity analysis, genetic map construction, gene mapping, variety discrimination and molecular marker-- as- sisted selection of silkworm, and looked forward to the application future of molecular maker technology in hered- ity and breeding of silkworms.
