摘要
本文综述了目前制备MnZn铁氧体超细粉体的合成方法,主要包括了水热法、共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、机械化学法以及微乳液法。介绍了各种方法的原理与应用,并分析了各种方法的优势与不足。探讨了采用氧化物为原料的水热法和微乳液法有望实现规模化生产的可能性。
The synthesis method of ultra-fine powder of MnZn Ierrite developed in recent years has been reviewed, mainly including hydrothermal, co-precipitation, Sol-Gel, mechanochemical and microemulsion processing. The principle and applications of these methods have been discussed, and the advantages and drawbacks have been analyzed. The hydrothermal or micoemulsion method in which original oxides are used as raw materials has potential of large-scale synthesis for MnZn ferrite powder.
