摘要
指出构建创新型大学生党支部的意义,分析当前存在的问题,提出通过创新组织生活模式、理论与实践相结合、建立网络交流平台、调整支部结构设置、以党建来带动团建、建立完善奖惩方案等措施,来提高大学生党支部的战斗力的建议。
This thesis points out the significance of the construction of the innovative party branch among college students. It analyzes the current problems and puts forward that the fighting capacity of students＇ party branch should be improved through the innovation of the organizational life mode, the combination of theory and practice, the establishment of the network communication platform, the adjustment of the branch structure set, the league construction driven by the party construction, the establishment and improvement of rewards and punishment scheme.
