A Study on Automatic Management of Lathes

摘要 车床的自动化管理 ,对于降低制造业工厂的生产成本 ,提高其经济效益至关重要。一般地 ,通过数学建模方法将车床自动化管理问题表示为一个数学规划问题 ,再用相应的规划算法进行求解 ,得到最佳的决策变量。但由于实际对象依赖的有关条件需用概率形式表示 ,问题包含的可变因素很多 ,故在实际过程中频繁进行试验以取得样本数据是不可行的。对车床自动化管理问题寻求一种形式统一、使用简便的方法一直是人们所追求的目标。提出了将概率论、数字仿真和插值方法三者相结合用于解决这类问题的新方法。同时使用传统方法和新方法对某工厂车床的刀具更换策略进行了详细研究。结果表明 ,新方法简便可靠 ,便于推广应用。 Automatic management of lathes has a critical meaning for reducing cost of production and for enhancing economic benefits of a manufacturing factory. Usually, problem of automatic management of lathes is expressed as a mathemitical programming problem and the problem is solved with related programming algorithm(s) to get the values of the optimal decision-making variables. The conditions which the real object depends on are usually expressed in form of probability. And there is a lot of varied factor involved in the problem. Hence it is not feasble to get the sampling data through frequent testing on the real process. A method of uniform in expression and easy to use for automatic management of lathes has long been the object of the researchers. To this end, a new method was proposed. It combines the probability theory with digital simulation and interpolation methods. A detailed study is made for changing stractegy of the cutting tool of a lathe in a factory. Both traditional method and new method were used. The research results show that the new method is simple, reliable and convenient to use.
