颅内胶质瘤手术加放射治疗后^(18)F-FDG PET影像学分析

摘要 目的分析颅内胶质瘤手术并放射治疗后18 F-FDG PET影像学特点及临床应用价值。方法选取2008-03—2011-04在我院行颅内胶质瘤手术加放射治疗的50例患者,分别使用18 F-FDG PET和CT检查,比较两种方法的效果。结果 18F-FDG PET影像和CT检查的图像显示效果以及残存肿瘤或复发病灶的检查结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术及放射后出现脑损伤的组织与正常脑白质组织的放射性摄取(L/WM)的比值与残存肿瘤或肿瘤复发病灶测定(T/WM)值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 18F-FDG PET检查能够清楚显示出颅内胶质瘤手术并放射治疗后的脑损伤和肿瘤复发情况,具有明显优势。 Objective To discuss the clinical feature and value of 18F-FDG PET imaging in postoperative and postradiotherapeutic intracranial glioma. Methods 18 F-FDG PET imaging in 50 cases of postoperative and postradiotherapeutic intracranial glioma in our hospital from March 2008 to April 2011 was compared with CT. Results The difference of the effect of image and the data of residual tumor or recurrent lesions between 18 F-FDG PET and CT were statistically significant (P〈0.05) ; the ratio of surgery and radiation after brain damage tissue and normal white matter tissue uptake(L/WM) and the T/WM value of residual tumor or tumor recurrence lesion was different and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion 18F-FDG PET can clearly show the brain damage and tumor recurrence in intracranial glioma after surgery and radiation therapy, and it has obvious advantages.
