摘要
目的通过对骨科手术回收的自体血红细胞压积(Hct)的观察和分析,改善自体血回收技术的应用。方法 45例骨科手术使用自体血回收技术,对术前动脉血和回收血Hct、pH、PCO2、PO2、Na+、K+、Ca2+、Cl-进行检测。结果回收血和术前动脉血的Hct、pH、PCO2、PO2、Na+、K+、Ca2+、Cl-有明显差异,并且回收血Hct明显低于文献报道。结论改进术中各个环节对红细胞回收的影响,增加红细胞回收率,使自体血回收技术普遍应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the recovery of autologous blood hematocrit (Hct) by orthopedic surgery, to improve the application of autologous blood recovery technology. Methods 45 cases of patients were undergoing orthopedic surgery with autologous blood recovery technology. The Hct, pH, PCO2, PO2, Na ^+ , K ^+ , Ca^2 + , C1 - of preoperative arterial and recycling blood were detected. Re- suits The Hct, pH, PCO2, PO2, Na ^+ , K ^+ , Ca^2 + , Cl - were significantly different between preoperative arterial and recycling blood, and the Hct of recycling blood was lower than reported. Conclusions Improving all aspects of red blood cell recovery in surgery,increasing the rate of red blood cell recovery will be useful for wide use of the autologous blood recovery technology.
