摘要
通过对列车车体、车窗、新风、人体以及设备5部分传热量总负荷的计算,得到总负荷随着列车运行环境和乘客数量变化的规律.提出采用变频压缩机,通过改变压缩机转速以使得实际热负荷与机组的冷负荷尽可能保持一致.用MATLAB编程,分析计算环境温度、太阳辐射强度和乘客数量等因素对实际所需的变频压缩机转速变化的影响.得到相比于太阳辐射强度,乘客数量的变化对车厢负荷和压缩机转速影响较大的结论.
The total heat load on a train includes the loads by the train body,windows,fresh air,the human body and the equipment heat transfer,and its variation,which is related to the train operating environment and the passengers number,was calculated.The application of frequency conversion compressor was proposed to make sure that the actual unit load and the cooling load was in consistency as far as possible.With the help of MATLAB,the compressor speed and the frequency change rate in the actual circulation flow were determined according to the analysis on the ambient temperature,solar radiation intensity,train speed and passengers number.Compared with the solar radiation intensity,the change of the number of passengers has a greater influence on the compressor speed.
