摘要
目的优选人参药性菌质中总皂苷的最佳提取工艺条件。方法通过单因素考察、正交试验考察,确定最佳工艺条件。以总皂苷含量为指标,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定。结果人参药性菌质最佳提取条件为加7倍量50%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.5小时。结论优选出的提取工艺简单,效率高,成本较低,可适用于大生产。
By orthogonal experiments, the selection of total saponins of ginseng resis-tance mycoplasma extracts the optimum conditions. Better for the future developme-nt and rational use of ginseng resistance mycoplasma to provide theoretical basis for the resources. Methods： the use of ethanol concentration on extraction of total saponins of ginseng resistance mycoplasma rate to determine the optimum conditions. Results： By orthogonal experiments, screening of total saponins of extract the best conditions for extraction 50% ethanol of alcohol 2 times for 1.Shours. Conclusion： The use of ginseng resistance mycoplasma ethylalcohol extract of total saponins, method is simple, high yield, low costs, and has been widely promoted.
