摘要
针对当前我国城市用地扩展占用耕地的严峻形势,以安徽省为例,基于脱钩理论和方法,构建了城市用地扩展与耕地占用脱钩状态模型,定量分析了2001-2011年安徽省城市用地扩展与耕地占用的脱钩关系,并划分了具体的脱钩状态类型,进一步分析了城市用地扩展对耕地占用的响应程度,并提出了正确处理城市用地扩展与保护耕地关系的政策建议。
In view of the current serious situation of ur- ban land expansion and arable land occupation in China, taking Anhui Province as an example, based on the decoupling theory and methods, decoupling state model of urban land expansion and arable land occupied is built, decoupling relationship of urban land expansion and arable land occupied from 2001 -2011 in Anhui Province is quantitatively analyzed, and concrete decoupling state form is differentiated. And then the response degree of arable land occupied by the urban land expansion is analyzed. Finally, several policies and suggestions for dealing with the relation between urban land expansion and arable land pro- tection are put forward.
