摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备了Al-4Cu-xFe(x=0、1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5)合金,利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和万能试验机等研究了不同Fe含量和烧结温度对合金组织及性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着Fe含量和烧结温度的提高,合金的致密度、硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当Fe含量为1.5%,烧结温度为570℃,烧结时间为40 min时,可获得组织和力学性能良好的Al-Cu-Fe合金。
The A1-Cu-xFe alloys (x = O, 1.5,2.5,3.5,4.5 ) were prepared by powder metallurgy. The effects of Fe content and sintering temperature on mierostructure and properties of Al-Cu-Fe alloy were studied respectively by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, micro-hardness tester and universal testing machine. The results show that with the increase of Fe content and sintering temperature, density, hardness, tensile strength and elongation at first increase and then decrease. When Fe content is 1.5% , sintering temperature is 570 ℃ and sintering time is 40 rain, A1-Cu-Fe alloy with good microstiucture and mechanical properties can be obtained.
