摘要
完善铁路工程量清单计价工作,采用简单适用的工程量清单编码规则是至关重要的环节。结合现有规则现状及存在问题,对其他行业编码规则经验的比较分析,确定影响工程计价的主要因素及其影响程度,正确划分清单条目层级,最终确定较为合理的编码规则,最大程度提高清单的标准性、简明性、统一性。
It is very important to use a concise and practical coding rule for perfecting the guide book of railway engineering valuation with bill quantity. Therefore, in combination with the current situation and problems in the existing coding rule, the paper compared and analyzed the coding rule with those of other industries, identified the main factors which would have influence on railway engineering valuation and their influence degree, correctly divided the item hierarchy of the bill quantity. As a result, a more reasonable coding rule was able to be determined in this paper; and with this new coding rule, the standardization, simplification and unification of the bill quantity can be improved considerably.
