摘要
从车体底架、侧墙、顶棚、端墙、司机室及各部件间的连接等方面,介绍了天津地铁2号线车辆不锈钢车体结构设计过程、设计难点及生产组装过程。阐述了不锈钢材料的特性以及在车体结构设计中选用的依据。对车体钢结构进行了静强度计算和静强度试验。结果表明,车体的强度和刚度满足车辆设计要求。
Vehicle used for Tianjin Metro Line 2 is a stand- ard B1 stainless steel vehicle developed and manufactured by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Company. In this paper, the stainless steel structureof the earbody, the diffi- culties in design and the procedure of manufacture and as- semblyare mainly introduced. Besides, the characteristics of stainless steel material and its usage in the structure of met- ro carbody are explained, a static strength calculation and test are conducted, the result verifies the strength and stiff- ness of the carbody.
