摘要
本文研究不同产地白芍药材及其提取物HPLC指纹图谱的相关性，为建立白芍提取物指纹图谱的检测标准提供依据。采用RP-HPLC法对11批白芍药材、13批提取物样品进行了指纹图谱测定，用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统（2．0版）软件进行分析。结果显示不同产地白芍药材及其提取物HPLC指纹图谱的相关性良好。结论：建立的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法可用于不同产地白芍药材及其提取物的质量控制。
To establish HPLC fingerprinting spectrum method for the quality control of the extract from Paeoniae Radix Alba,this paper focused on the correlation HPLC fingerprinting spectrum between crude drugs and extracts from Paeoni- ae Radix Alba in different origins. 11 samples of crude drugs and 13 samples of extract from Paeoniae Radix Alba were analyzed by the developed HPLC fingerprinting spectrum method. The data calculation was performed with similarity e- valuation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM （ Version 2.0）. The correlation HPLC fingerprinting spectrum between crude drugs and extracts from Paeoniae Radix Alba in different origins matched well. Thus the HPLC finger- printing spectrum method could provide quality assessment of the crude drugs and extracts from Paeoniae Radix Alba in different origins.
