摘要
水平井的准确入窗和确保水平井在有效储集层中钻进是地质导向技术的关键。为此,开展了应用随钻地质录井资料指导水平井地质导向的方法研究。通过精细砂体对比实现砂体预测、指导钻头准确入窗和水平段导向跟踪,依据砂体顶底微构造变化实现井眼轨迹控制点的预测,按照油砂体的分布规律实现在有效储集层中钻进并及时判断变化,通过垂深校验法和井斜、方位的跟踪确保水平井在有效砂层中钻进。采用该方法已在长庆市场推广应用108口井,海南、大港市场各1口井,自营区块15口井,总体效果较好,以陕西省志丹县境内SP 17井为例,详细介绍了随钻录井综合分析方法在水平井地质导向中的应用情况及效果。
The accuracy of horizontal wells into the windows and ensuring the horizontal wells to drill in the effective reservoirs are the keys for geosteering technology.Therefore,the approach research that used geological logging while drilling data to guide geosteering in horizontal wells was carried out.By fine sand body contrast,the sand body prediction,accurate guiding the bits drilling into the windows and tracking in the horizontal sections are obtained.The prediction of wellbore trajectory control point was realized according to the changes of the microstructures at the top and bottom of the sand body.Achieve drilling in the effective reservoirs and making timely judgments of changes according to the distribution laws of the oil sand bodies.By vertical depth efficacy law and well inclination and azimuth tracking,ensure the horizontal wells to drill in the effective sand layers.This method has been applied in 108 wells in Changqing,1 well in Hainan,1 well in Dagang and 15 wells in self-running block,the overall effect is good.The paper showed the application and results of the comprehensive analysis of mud logging while drilling in geosteering horizontal wells by taking well SP 17 in Zhidan county of Shanxi province as an example.
