摘要
通过原位吸附法 ,首次将用于原子转移自由基聚合的含Cu催化剂从聚合物体系中除去 ,聚合物中Cu的质量分数最低可达 4× 10 - 7,聚合物的收率在 90 %以上。从原位吸附法得到的滤饼中 ,首次将用于原子转移自由基聚合的Cu原子的配位剂 2 ,2’ -联二吡啶通过解吸附和解配位反应获得其水溶液 ,以乙醚作萃取剂从水中萃取 2 ,2’ -联二吡啶 ,其收率最高可达 90 %以上。
The Cu complex catalyst employed in atom transfer radical polymerization was removed in situ from the polymer with adsorbent such as acid clay.The Cu content in the polymer can be as low as 4×10 -7 with a polymer yield of over 90%.From the filter cake received from the in situ adsorption process a water solution of the complexing agent 2,2’-bipyridine was obtained by desorption and decomplexing reaction from which 2,2’-bipyridine was extracted with ether,with a maximun yield of over 90%.
