摘要
为进一步提高彩色滤光片的角度容差性和光能利用率等性能要求,设计了一种金属-介质薄膜型反射滤光片。通过膜系优化方法获得了基于减色原理的青色、品红色和黄色三种颜色的反射光输出,中心波长分别为655 nm、555 nm和455 nm,反射谱带宽分别为70 nm、60 nm和60 nm。该彩色滤光片仅吸收可见光波段三分之一光能量而三分之二光能量被反射利用,具有光能利用率高的特点。测试结果表明,该结构彩色滤光片在±40°入射角范围内反射滤光特性基本不随角度变化,满足彩色滤光片宽角度特性要求。与其他结构彩色滤光片相比,薄膜制备工艺决定了该结构彩色滤光片还具有制备容易的优势。
In order to improve the characteristics of angular tolerance and light utilization efficiency of color filter, a color filter based on metal-dielectric thin films was de,dgned. Three reflective color filters based on subtractive princi- ple were obtained by membrane system optimization method. The central wavelengths of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow color filters locate at 655 nm ,555 nm and 455 nm respectively, and their spectrum bandwidths are 70 nm ,60 nm and 60 nm respectively. The proposed color filter owns the feature of high light utilization efficiency because two-thirds of the visual spectrum can be utilized by reflection while only one third is absorbed by the color filter. The measured re- suits demonstrate that the reflective spectrum of this color filter maintains almost constant with the incident angle var- ied up to ± 40° which satisfies the requirements of characteristic of wide angle. Compared to other color filters, this color filter also owns the characteristic of easy fabrication benefitting from its fabrication technology of films.
