摘要
针对设计阶段对工程造价控制的重要性进行了论述,分析了目前在工程设计中对工程造价控制的影响因素,包括业主方面的影响、设计单位管理制度方面的影响,以期降低工程造价,实现建设项目经济效益、社会效益最大化。
This paper made discussion according the importance of project cost control in design stage, analyzed the influence factors of project cost control in present engineering design, including the influence of owners, the influence of design unit management system, in order to reduce the project cost, realization of the maximization of economic benefit and social benefit of construction project.
