摘要
目的探讨移动式床旁DR在禽流感患者胸部床旁摄影的临床应用价值。方法收集该院在2013年4月份收治的3例H7N9型禽流感患者所拍摄的移动床旁DR胸部摄影片及相关资料并分级。结果发现图像清晰度及对比度良好,为临床医生提供了准确的影像资料。结论移动床旁DR可以实时成像,并可对图像进行实时后处理,为临床治疗方案的及时实施争夺了时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of mobile DR used for bedside chest radiography of patients infected by a- vian flu virus. Methods Bedside chest radiographs and relevant information of 3 H7N9 patients admitted in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in April ,2013, were collected and these chest radiographs were classified. Results It was found that DR bedside chest radiographs have good contrast and definition and＂ provide reliable images for clinicians. Conclusion Bedside chest radiography has the feature of real-time imaging and doctors can process these chest radiographs in real-time, sav- ing more time for the implementation of clinical treatment plans.
