摘要
目的了解孕妇学校产前健康教育对产科质量的影响。方法将自愿参加孕妇学校学习的380例孕妇作为观察组,定期对其进行讲座;将同期未参加孕妇学校学习的382例孕妇作为对照组,比较2组孕妇的孕期营养,产时配合,分娩方式的选择、结局,新生儿预后,母乳喂养率,产褥病率。结果观察组孕期营养不良发生率、难产率"、社会因素"所致剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率及产褥病率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),自然分娩率、母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产前利用孕妇学校对孕妇进行孕产期知识教育宣传,可明显提高孕妇自我保健意识,降低社会因素引起的剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率及产褥病率,提高自然分娩率及母乳喂养率,提高产科质量。
Objective To understand the school for pregnant women prenatal health education on obstetric quality influence. Methods Participation in school for pregnant women in 380 pregnant women as the observation group will be voluntary, it periodically lectures over the same period, did not attend school for pregnant women in 382 eases pregnant women as controls,, compared two groups of pregnant women with pregnancy nutrition products, choose the way of delivery, neonatal outcome and prognosis, breasffeeding rates, puerperal morbidity. Results in the observation group, the rate of malnutrition during pregnancy, the rate of dystocia,＂ social factors＂ caused by cesarean section＇rate, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia rate and puerperal morbidity was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）,the rate of natural childbirth, breasffeeding rates were significantly higher than those in control group（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Prenatal development school for pregnant women pregnant women for pregnancy and perinatal knowledge education, can significantly improve the maternal consciousness of ego health care, reduces the social factors cesarean section rate, decreasing the rate of postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal asphyxia rate and puerperal morbidity, improve the natural birth rate and breast-feeding rate, improve the quality of obstetric.
