摘要
美国大学篮球联赛活跃(NCAA)着众多优秀篮球教练员,研究他们的成长过程和执教经历有利于发现优秀教练员的成才规律,为我国优秀篮球教练员的培养提供借鉴和参考。文章以2011-2012赛季率队进入"甜蜜十六强"的主教练为研究对象,对他们的求学经历、球员经历、执教经历和执教理念等方面进行研究。结论认为:学历和球员时代的竞技水平不是美国大学篮球教练员其日后职业高度发展的必备条件;丰富的助教经历、师从名帅、参加教练员诊所交流、自学和注重自身领导力的提升才是他们锻造高超执教能力的核心和关键因素。
NCAA's outstanding basketball coaches" development process and coaching experiences provide China with reference in its development of elite coaches. The paper researches the coaches of the Sweet Sixteen from 2011 - 2012 season for their educational experience, playing experience, coaching experience and coaching concepts. The conclusion shows that education background and competitive level as players are not prerequisite for American college basketball coaches'career development in the future. The core and key of superior coaching ability comes from their rich assistants" experience, training under famous coaches, attending coaching clinic, self - study and focusing on their own leadership cultivation.
