摘要
设计了一个基于硬件冗余的高可靠单自由度涡流位移传感器.该传感器具有一对传感头,当2个传感头都正常时传感器采用差动方式工作,当某个传感头出现故障时传感器能自动检测故障并禁用故障传感器,切换到单传感头工作模式.设计了高可靠传感器处理电路,测试了传感器处理电路的动态特性,测试了传感器在2种工作模式下的静态特性和动态特性,并测试了传感器的信号切换功能.试验结果表明:当检测范围小于1 mm时,传感器在2种工作模式下的线性度误差均小于1.3%,传感器的-3 dB增益带宽可达20 kHz,在0~2 kHz的频率范围内相位滞后小于16.2°;传感器可以在转子高速旋转时实现传感头故障的检测和信号切换,不影响转子的正常工作.
An eddy displacement sensor with high reliability based on hardware redundancy is designed in this paper. The sensor have two sensing head,when the two of them are working normally,the sensor work in differential model,if one of them goes wrong, the sensor can diagnose the fault and isolate fault sensing head automatically, switch to signal sensing head model. The static and dynamic characteristic of the sensor in two model is researched, The signal switching function is also studied. The results show that when the detection range is smaller than lmm,the nonlinear error of the sensor in two model is below 1.3 percent, the --3 dB passband width is up to 20 kHz,the phase lag is below 16.2 degree,the sensor can realize the fault identify and signal switching even when the rotor is rotating at high speed.
