摘要
以ARM7系列S3C44B0X微处理器为核心,研制了一套具有变量施肥、变量喷药和变量灌溉3种作业类型的精准农业多功能变量作业控制系统。该系统由控制器、传感器和变量执行机构组成。田间作业时,在控制器工作界面上选定作业类型后,系统可提供GPS定位自动控制、推算定位自动控制和手动输入控制3种变量控制作业方式。田间试验结果表明,所研制的多功能变量作业控制系统可以控制相应机具完成4.2m幅宽的变量施肥、6.5m幅宽的变量喷药或变量喷灌作业,降低了精准农业变量作业机械的生产与维护成本,有利于精准农业技术推广与应用。
A set of multi-functional control system was developed based on an ARM7 S3C44BOX single-chip for varia-ble rate fertilizer application, spraying and irrigation technologies. The control system consists of a controller, some sen-sors and variable rate executants. It can carry out three kinds of variable rate technologies these are automatic control with GPS, reckoning position auto control without GPS and manual control after one kind of 3 work modes is selected. Field experiments have showed that the developed control system was able to actualize variable rate fertilizer application with 6 rows that is 4.2m in width, variable rate praying pesticide and watering covering 6.5m under one controller respectively, which reduced cost of variable rate machinery production and maintenance and benefitted to the technology application and popularization of precision agriculture.
